Candidate Referral Terms of Service
Effective as of your use of this site. Please read these terms before submitting an application or accepting a referral through Jenn Mueller, LLC.
No Cost to Candidates
Jenn Mueller, LLC never charges candidates a fee to be considered, referred, or placed with a client organization. Our fees are paid solely by the hiring organization.
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit — including your resume, contact details, and application history — is used to evaluate your fit for open roles and to share with client organizations you apply to or are referred to. We do not sell candidate data.
No Guarantee of Placement
Submitting an application or being referred does not guarantee an interview or offer. Final hiring decisions rest with the client organization.
Confidentiality
We treat your candidacy as confidential and will not share your information with your current employer or publicly identify you as a candidate without your consent.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information and resume accurate and up to date, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
