ServiceNow Technical Engagement Leader

Do you see solutions where others see complexity? We're looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect who can walk into a Fortune 500 boardroom, understand a business problem, and architect a system solution that actually works.

What You'll Do

You'll design and lead ServiceNow implementations for major enterprise clients, working directly with C-Suite stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. You'll manage and mentor teams of ServiceNow developers, set the technical standards they work by, and keep programs moving even when the scope gets complicated.

This isn't a back-office architecture role. You'll be hands-on: developing solutions, reviewing code, running architectural reviews, and staying close enough to the work that your team trusts your judgment.

What You Bring

• 8+ years working in ServiceNow development and technical architecture
• 8+ years driving IT transformation and strategy, ideally in high-tech consulting
• 4+ years leading and mentoring ServiceNow development teams
• 4+ years enforcing code and architectural review standards
• 6+ years of advanced scripting (JavaScript, SQL)
• 6+ years working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Wagile)
• At least three ServiceNow certifications (System Admin, Application Developer, and ITSM preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of equivalent experience

Nice to Have

Database experience, cloud migration work, ITIL certification, AWS/Azure integration experience, prototyping, and familiarity with SaaS deployment architecture.

Travel required, ranging from occasional to frequent depending on client need.
